Mike is energised by bringing people together to deliver truly exceptional projects. He has 30 years in industry including over 15 years dealing specifically with modular buildings and remote accommodation solutions. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and industry contacts to any site infrastructure project. 

Chad Harding

Director

Chad likes to get things done. He is a mining engineer with over 20 years of experience primarily in heavy civil construction projects. He has worked extensively with civil contractors managing quarry and crushing operations and major bulk earthworks projects for mining operations. Chad knows earthworks and contracting intimately and brings this industry knowledge into your project team.

Jade is passionate about efficiency and brings a keen eye for detail to the office. She is experienced in administration and marketing and is focused on organisation, clarity and consistency, supporting the continued growth of Enable Project Solutions through clear communication and a collaborative approach.

Mark Horne

Senior Civil Engineer

Mark is a Senior Civil Engineer with over a decade of experience across road, rail, and community infrastructure in Australia. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with Honours, he has a strong background in both contractor and public sector project management, having delivered complex projects for clients including Metro Trains Melbourne and multiple state and local governments. Mark brings technical expertise, a strong safety focus, and a collaborative approach to everything he does.

Roberta Manzini

Civil Design Drafter

Roberta joins the Enable team as a Civil Design Drafter with over five years of experience in technical design, 3D modelling, and project coordination across infrastructure, water, and wastewater projects. She is proficient in Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and GIS platforms, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering and a Diploma in Civil Construction Design. Currently completing an MBA in Project Management, Roberta combines strong technical skills with a detail-driven approach to deliver precise and high-quality design outcomes.
