Beebyn W-11 Ore Mine Crushing Pad Design
Enable Project Solutions was engaged by Fenix to deliver the civil design for a new crushing plant at the Beebyn-W11 site in Western Australia's Mid West, establishing the engineered pad and foundations for a full fixed crushing and screening circuit. The scope covered the complete civil design package - pad layout and grading, earthworks and cut-to-fill volumes, foundation and box-out details, set-out data, and technical specifications — integrating geotechnical findings and coordinating with mechanical, structural, and earthworks interfaces to suit both equipment and ground conditions.
The design progressed through concept layout to detailed, issued drawings, with technical queries and RFIs managed throughout to keep pace with evolving site and plant requirements. EPS delivered the civil package to align with the broader plant program running through to commissioning in late 2026, providing the coordinated documentation needed to move the crusher pad from design into construction.

Enable is partnering with Minerals 260 to support the development of the Bullabulling Gold Project in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields, providing engineering and project services inputs alongside the client's team and a panel of specialist consultants. Our scope covers site-wide infrastructure planning and delivery, including roads, access and drainage, accommodation and utilities, non-process infrastructure, water supply and tailings management. Enable also coordinates interfaces across the project's specialist disciplines to keep design, compliance and commercial workstreams aligned.
Enable is delivering as an embedded engineering partner - facilitating design workshops, producing layouts and concept drawings, drafting specifications and tender documentation, and supporting procurement readiness. Our small, senior team brings design, compliance and commercial threads together to help Minerals 260 progress the project through its study and approvals phases.

Enable's directors were part of the team that supported delivery of site accommodation infrastructure for the West Musgrave Project in Western Australia, one of Australia's most significant recent mining developments, spanning two integrated facilities: a 650-person construction village for the peak build workforce and a 350-person permanent Living Hub for long-term operations. The construction village included roughly 400 rooms plus dining, administration, recreation, gym, and maintenance facilities with supporting utilities and vehicle infrastructure, while the Living Hub was a larger undertaking — 350 single-occupancy modular rooms with ensuites across five integrated precincts, a 325-seat dining hall, café and production kitchen, two inflatable sports domes, and standalone power, water, and wastewater treatment systems, procured under an ECI model with a 26-year design life.
The construction village operated through the build phase and was decommissioned at handover, while the Living Hub was delivered as a long-term operational asset. The team played a central role in the broader West Musgrave infrastructure programme for OZ Minerals/BHP, with Michael leading the accommodation and non-process infrastructure packages.

Enable Project Solutions delivered end-to-end design, procurement, and project management for a new security gatehouse at Peak Iron's Hawks Nest operation, bringing building design, civil engineering, procurement, and project management under one team. The scope covered selection and design of a prefabricated modular gatehouse, civil design of surrounding access roads, hardstand and pavement areas, and full procurement of both building and civil works packages - progressing design from 15% concept through to construction-ready (IFT) documentation, including 3D modelling, civil drawings, site plans, and a full Bill of Quantities.
Project management ran throughout via a live cost tracker and material deliverable register, giving Peak Iron clear visibility of progress and spend. At closeout, an Infrascan360 site scan was provided, leaving Peak Iron with an accurate digital twin of the completed works to support surveying, final sign-off, and any future works on the same footprint.

village & airport upgrade
Enable Project Solutions' directors supported two infrastructure projects at BHP's Olympic Dam in South Australia. The first was a 1,600-person temporary accommodation village for the SCM21 peak outage workforce, comprising 724 rooms across 181 modular units plus central facilities, laundries, civil infrastructure, and full electrical, water, wastewater, fire protection, and telecommunications systems. Enable prepared the specifications and scope of works, managed the EOI process, and recommended the award; the village was delivered procurement-ready and fully decommissioned after the outage.
The second was a new runway built adjacent to the existing operational runway for F100 aircraft, covering full airport facilities, pavement and sealing, perimeter fencing, and proactive cultural heritage management. Chad Harding served as Senior Project Engineer and Relief Project Manager, delivered in partnership with NRW for BHP, with the live operational setting demanding precise sequencing, rigorous safety management, and close stakeholder coordination.

Enable Project Solutions provided specialist project management and modular development advisory support to the manufacturer for the proposed Bethanie Bullsbrook Lifestyle Village in WA. Enable led design and buildability review, value engineering and risk identification, SOW development, quantity surveying cost estimation and procurement and supplies package scoping.
While the development was ultimately not progressed by the client following a strategic review, Enable's work demonstrated its capability to rapidly mobilise and bring structure, commercial rigour and modular-build expertise to a complex, fast-moving housing project.
