BEEBYN ORE MINE CRUSHING PAD DESIGN

Project Overview

Enable Project Solutions was engaged by Fenix to deliver the civil design for a new crushing plant at the Beebyn‑W11 site in Western Australia's Mid West. The project establishes the engineered pad and foundations that support a full fixed crushing and screening circuit, forming a critical part of the site's materials‑handling infrastructure. EPS worked closely with the client and their delivery partners to translate plant and layout requirements into a constructible, site‑specific civil design.

Scope

EPS's scope covered the complete civil design package for the crusher pad, including pad layout and grading, earthworks and cut‑to‑fill volumes, foundation and box‑out details, set‑out data, and the supporting technical specification. The work integrated geotechnical investigation findings — including on‑site ripping assessments — and coordinated with mechanical, structural and earthworks interfaces to ensure the design suited both the equipment and the ground conditions.

Delivery

The design was developed and issued through progressive revisions, from concept layout through to detailed, issued drawings, with technical queries and RFIs managed throughout to keep the design aligned with evolving site and plant requirements. EPS delivered the civil package to fit the broader plant program running through to commissioning in late 2026, providing the coordinated documentation needed to move the crusher pad from design into construction.
